North Carolina Society of Plastic Surgeons
The North Carolina Society of Plastic Surgeons is an organization of the state's Plastic Surgeons dedicated to promoting the highest ethical standards.
Originally founded in 1978, the Society has as its primary purpose to advance the art and science of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery through an annual forum that facilitates professional interaction among its members and provides them with continuing education.
NCSPS teamed with HD PLAN-IT in 2014. We have worked together to increase membership, bring more value to the NC members, change the annual meeting format to enhance the attendee experience, added a new resident member category to engage the future NC plastic surgeon, worked with the board to create academic opportunities for members to teach and grow with others through presentation and expert speakers, worked to increase the financial stability of the Society, and we will continue to listen to our members needs for future growth.
